13. Provide payments of rates, insurances and other accounts as per your instructions.
14. Be available to you and your tenant 7 days a week.
15. We will call you on a regular basis to give you updates.

18. Payment and recovery of water usage charges.
19. Preparation of lease agreements and other documents.
